The role

We are looking for driven, open-minded young professionals to join our Digital team in Barcelona. We seek talented individuals with strong analytical capabilities.

The candidate will be involved in the following tasks of the department:

• Create and maintain the overall digital dashboards for paid media, web, social media, and email marketing.
• Measure and report quantitative and qualitative performance of paid media dashboards and other channels analysing digital data to draw key solutions and optimization.
• Create follow-up alerts to identify critical conversion points, drop-offs and increases in the KPIs.
• A/B test configuration, multivariate test in Google Optimize or other tools.
• Guarantee the correct measurement from the main channels of traffic acquisition. Control of UTMs.
• Review the one-shot email marketing campaigns prior to launch to ensure user experience and traceability.
• Maintenance of transactional emails and web applications such as Check-in, tablets….

Who you are:

• Enrolled on a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing/or related business field
• Eligible to pursue a 6-month Traineeship within an Internship agreement
• Fluent in English and Spanish - (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of digital analytical tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Optimize, Data Studio or similar.
• Good knowledge of Email marketing tools
  
  Other Desirable Requirements :

• Programming knowledge, oriented to data analysis (Python)
• Ability to use some of the following: CMS (Wordpress), HTML and CSS
